Returns and Exchanges
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods, SEVEN will gladly offer you an exchange or full refund in the following circumstances:-
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the items have been shipped.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, then you will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by SEVEN.
Please email us @ returns@sevenclothing.co.uk in order to receive a returns number no later than 7 working days following the day that the items were received by post. Please state your Name, Order Number and reason for the return. YOU MUST RECEIVE GET A RETURNS NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM(S) otherwise it may delay the processing of your refund.
We request that all items are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a returns number. Returns received outside of this time frame can only be exchanged. We regret we cannot offer exchanges for items returned after 28 days from the date of delivery.
Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition (unworn,unwashed,unaltered) with all the labels intact. Footwear must be returned in their original box. SEVEN reserves the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is in such a condition that the item(s) needs to be reduced for resale. Some items are non returnable for hygiene reasons, these are clearly marked with a + next to the item name.
You must return you item(s) at your own cost by registered/insured post as SEVEN will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held in third parties. We recommend that you return the item(s) to us by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which insures you up to £30.00 in the event of the items being mislaid or lost. For items valued over £30.00 please return them by Special Delivery. Please note: Full refunds will only be given if we receive the items safely and within our deadline. The item(s) MUST be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please allow 10 Working days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed and a further 7 Working days for funds to be credited back in to your account. All successfully returned items will only be credited to the card used to originally purchase the item(s). We are unable to refund any delivery charges. The name of the Company which will appear on your card statement is PD Clothing.
If you wish to exchange an item - email us @ returns@sevenclothing.co.uk stating your name, order number and what colour/size you would like to exchange the item for. Please return the item(s) by registered/insured post as above. Your new item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returned package and any additional payment which may be required. SEVEN Clothing reserves the right to charge an additional delivery charge for exchanged items. We are unable to process exchanges for a completely different item. You will need to place a new order online and return the original item to us.
Please notify us of any incorrect, damaged or faulty items within 24 hours by email - returns@sevenclothing.co.uk quoting your name, order number, description of what is wrong with the item(s) and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. We will not exchange or provide a refund if we suspect that you have worn or used the item(s).
