1.Use of the website

Welcome to the Seven Clothing website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email a member of our customer service team @ enquiries@sevenclothing.co.uk.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

2. Making a Purchase

When you place an order on our website we shall email you acknowledgement. Or acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:


* The product ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
* The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with you order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

3.Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered on to the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.


3b. Availability

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If any item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.


4.Price and Payment

The total cost of the order is the price of the item(s) ordered plus the delivery charge.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices on the website may differ from those in Seven Clothing shops.


We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa,Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro,Mastercard and Solo.
Your credit card will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.


5.Delivery

Delivery can only be made to the bill payers address.

Our Standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order on all orders to Mainland UK addresses.

We aim to deliver within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and midnight Sunday (or UK Bank Holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 4 working days.

Delivery is not possible on a Sunday or Bank Holiday Mondayws.

We will endeavour to deliver products within the times stated but items are subject to availability and sometimes delays are outside our control. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods if they are delivered within a reasonable period of time.


A signature is required on delivery. If you are not in when the courier tries to deliver, they will take your order away and try to re-deliver the next day.

N.B.
If someone else is to sign for the delivery they must be known by you. We will not be held responsible if the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods.

International Deliveries

International delivery charges will vary and we will set out the amount in a confirmatory email so that you have time to cancel your order if you do not accept the quoted delivery charge.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, then you may be subject to additional charges, import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any charges for customers' clearance will be borne by you.

6.Returns Policy

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods, SEVEN will gladly offer you an exchange or full refund in the following circumstances:-

6.1 You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the items have been shipped.

6.2 If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, then you will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by SEVEN.

6.3 Please email us @ returns@sevenclothing.co.uk in order to receive a returns number no later than 7 working days following the day that the items were received by post. Please state your Name, Order Number and reason for the return. YOU MUST GET A RETURNS NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM(S) otherwise it may delay the processing of your refund.

6.4 We request that all items are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a returns number. Returns received outside of this time frame can only be axchanged. We regret we cannot offer exchanges for items returned after 28 days from the date of delivery.

6.5 Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition (unworn,unwashed,unaltered) with all the labels intact. Footwear must be returned in their original box. SEVEN reserves the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is in such a condition that the item(s) needs to be reduced for resale. Some items are non returnable for hygiene reasons, these are clearly marked with a + next to the item name.

6.6 You must return you item(s) at your own cost by registered/insured post as SEVEN will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held in third parties. We recommend that you return the item(s) to us by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which insures you up to £30.00 in the event of the items being mislaid or lost. For items valued over £30.00 please return them by Special Delivery. Please note: Full refunds will only be given if we receive the items safely and within our deadline. The item(s) must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

6.7 Please allow 10 Working days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed and a further 7 Working days for funds to be credited back in to your account. All successfully returned items will only be credited to the card used to originally purchase the item(s). We are unable to refund any delivery charges. The name of the Company which will appear on your card statement is PD Clothing.

6.8 If you wish to exchange an item - email us @ returns@sevenclothing.co.uk stating your name, order number and what colour/size you would like to exchange the item for. Please return the item(s) by registered/insured post as above. Your new item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returned package and any additional payment which may be required. SEVEN Clothing reserves the right to charge an additional delivery charge for exchanged items. We are unable to process exchanges for a completely different item. You will need to place a new order online and return the original item to us.

6.9 Please notify us of any incorrect, damaged or faulty items within 24 hours by email - returns@sevenclothing.co.uk quoting your name, order number, description of what is wrong with the item(s) and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. We will not exchange or provide a refund if we suspect that you have worn or used the item(s).


7.Privacy Policy

Seven Clothing is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will only use the information we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of you order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name; address; phone number; email address; credit/debit card details.


Your Consent
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. If you have purchased from our site or advised us of your e-mail address, post & telephone number we may occasionally update you on news and special offers via e-mail, post or telephone.


Communication & Marketing
By becoming a member of www.sevenclothing.co.uk and providing Seven Clothing with your email, postal address, telephone number you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers which we think may be of interest to you, the information may also be used to notify you of products and services of third parties, which may be of interest to you.


Opting out of Communication
All Seven Clothing members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties. If you do not wish to receive marketing (emails,postal,telephone) from us and/or selected third parties we recommend you opt-out by emailing us at customercare@sevenclothing.co.uk or calling us at 01204 862300.


Site Statistics
As a user of our services, we may collect non-personal data about use of the website, such as pages visited, times and volume of use of the services as well as Traffic Data. Traffic data includes logs, details of networks, time of log-on or access, length of sessions and similar systems data.


What are Cookies?
Our site uses cookies to keep track of how often you visit our site, the contents of your shopping cart, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests. (A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites.) If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to Seven Clothing you may do so by contacting us via the e-mail address, telephone number or address given below. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information.


This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information - write it down and keep it somewhere safe.


8.Applicable Law

Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Great Britain in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
